【OTTAWAZINE资讯】渥太华的冰雪节来啦！渥村特产的“雪”要开始“作妖”啦！但从本周五开始，由于冰雪节，部分道路会有所封锁，只有拥有通行证，紧急车辆以及居民和酒店个人（需要提供住址或者有预定证明的车辆）才能够在封闭的街道上通行。
